please fill in the course questionnaire between 2025/12/1 and 2025/12/12.

Both Chinese and English versions are available.

●STEP 01.

Link to the English version questionnaire:

Click on “English”→ “myNTU” on the NTU homepage.

Next, click on the icon “Students” on the left side of the screen and

“NTU ePortfolio” under “Personal Information.” Then, click on “Sign-in.”

Enter student’s account of C&INC.

When you Sign-in, the page will show Mandarin information at first.

Then click on the “English” button on the top, it will show English information. And start evaluating the courses you’ve selected.

●STEP 02.

Once NTU students complete this questionnaire, they may join a prize draw. The instructions are as follows:

(1) Students who fill out all the questionnaire of courses they took this semester will be brought in the list of the prize draw participants automatically.

(2)The prizes are iPad Air (128GB) (2 PCS), Marshall (Middleton) (3 PCS) and 1,000 TWD Gift Card (30 PCS).

●STEP 03.

(1) The winners will be notified further by the Office of Academic Affairs before 2025/12/31.

(2) If the winners do not collect their prize before the deadline, they will be considered as giving up their right to collect the prize. The replacement of the prize is also not permitted.

The questionnaires cover all courses taken this semester, excluding the following: Dissertation (Ph.D.), Thesis (M.A.), Thesis (B.A.), Special Topics, Seminar, Seminar (B.S.), and Selected Paper Reading.
