According to Article 3, Section 3 of Regulations Governing Students’ Credit Transfer,for master’s and doctoral degree students the total number of transferable credits, may not exceed 50% of the number of graduation credits required by each academic department （or graduate institute/degree program）, unless with the signed approval of the Vice President for Academic Affairs or otherwise stipulated.

Yes, it will take longer to appear the grades for NTU System courses on the transcript because the grades will be reported by the partner university of NTU system and input in the database after confirmation.

Any single course that any student in your class enrolls in can affect the calculation of the class ranking; therefore, the ranking can not be confirmed until the third week after the following semester starts.

The Student Association had proposed and the proposal was passed by the 1st Academic Affairs Meeting, spring semester, Academic Year 2023–24, that starting from fall Semester, Academic Year 2024-25, Office of Academic Affairs will not mail out semester transcripts . Instead, one free semester transcript will be provided to each student (including graduate students).

Certain host institutions in non-English speaking countries may not provide official English transcripts. In such cases, please download the "Certificate of Course Enrollment" form and fill in the English names of the courses taken, and bring the original transcript and the form to get certified by the host institution and the nomination units in NTU.
