The list of graduates must be confirmed before the process of graduation ranking; thus, the ranking can be provided in the third week after the following semester starts.

Application for Master's or Doctoral degree examination are processed online. The application form should be printed on paper and signed by the advisor and head of department, institute director, or head of degree program and submit to the Office of Academic Affairs for processing.

The submission deadline for theses/dissertations (both hard-copy and electronic submissions) for is as follows: fall semester – first day of classes in the following (spring) semester; spring semester – three weeks before classes begin in the following (fall) semester (for academic programs with a stricter standard, the stricter standard shall apply).Graduate students who have completed the required courses and credits as specified by their respective departments, and who meet the graduation requirements of their departments, will be considered graduates upon submission of their dissertation (including electronic files) to the Library.

It is not possible to cancel the reported loss of a student ID card. The EasyCard is a prepaid electronic ticketing system, and transactions are primarily conducted offline to ensure fast processing. Once a card is reported lost, the EasyCard company provides the information of the lost card (card number) to various service providers to block transactions and protect the cardholder's rights. If a lost card is subsequently found and the reported loss is canceled, there may be discrepancies in the offline update times of different service providers. This can lead to the mistakenly blocking of the card that had the reported loss canceled, causing inconvenience for the cardholder.

Yes, it is possible. When a student graduates or withdraws from school, the academic affairs office cancels the student identity registration on the student card and returns it to the cardholder after stamping it as invalid on the card surface. The cardholder can use the EasyCard as an adult card.
