Notes:

(1) All departments and degree programs shall formulate directives governing the implementation of undergraduate honors programs in accordance with Article 2 of the National Taiwan University Directives Governing the Implementation of Undergraduate Honors Programs.
(2) The application shall be approved by the department and college meetings.
(3) The application shall be implemented once approved by the Academic Affairs Meeting.
