The official electronic transcript has been available for application since June 15, 2020. Our university cooperates with TWCA to issue the official electronic transcript. The content consists of the statement of authenticity, the body of the transcript, and the transcript guide. It is a portable PDF file.

The Official PDF Transcript is considered official in PDF format only. If printed, the words Copy of Official Document will appear to indicate that the paper copy is not an official institutional document.

The fee for each application containing two email address is NTD$200. NTD$20 will be charged for each additional email address.
The official electronic transcript which has been digitally signed will be sent via the university official email address only(edocument@ntu.edu.tw). The student should make certain that the recipient is willing to accept the electronic transcript as an official document. Otherwise it is recommended to send a sealed official paper transcript to the recipient to protect your rights and interests.
We suggest that the electronic academic transcript be ordered by alumni. The current students (including students who have not received all their grades), and new graduates who have not yet received their diplomas order the paper academic transcript, as the contents of the transcript are not yet final. Your electronic academic transcript will be processed immediately after we receive your payment. If the electronic academic transcript cannot be used because your grades have not come out completely, you must be responsible for it. Once your electronic academic transcript has been emailed, we are unable to reissue an electronic academic transcript without a new order and additional payment. Thank you for your understanding.
