請填入段各位教師、同學、同仁 您好:NTU COOL 教學平臺受校園大規模停電影響(詳見總務處相關公告), 導致服務於 2025/12/11 04:00 至 13:00 之間無預警中斷 對於在期末考前夕發生此類事件,造成師生課程運作上的困擾,我們深感抱歉。由於本次停電發生突然,導致系統與硬體在無預警斷電下產生異常, 修復過程比預期複雜,因此延長了服務復歸的時間,敬請見諒。針對此次服務中斷對課程造成的影響,我們提出以下說明與協助: 致授課教師: 若因平臺下線影響了作業繳交或考試時程,懇請老師能體諒突發狀況,彈性調整相關期限與規定。 致修課同學: 若您因 COOL 停機而錯過作業繳交期限或受到其他影響,需要團隊協助提供系統紀錄或向老師說明,請務必來信聯絡 (ntucool@ntu.edu.tw),我們將全力協助處理。經歷此次事件,團隊已重新檢視風險管理與系統復歸計畫。 我們將深刻檢討不足之處,並規劃相關演練以強化應變能力。 同時,我們也將與總務處等相關單位建立更緊密的聯絡機制,確保未來若發生類似意外,能更即時地傳遞資訊並啟動應變方案。再次感謝您的理解與包容。 若在使用 NTU COOL 上有任何問題,歡迎隨時與我們聯絡。 聯絡信箱:ntucool@ntu.edu.tw教務處數位學習中心 NTU COOL 團隊 敬上 ------------------ Dear Faculty, Students, and Colleagues, Due to a large-scale power outage on campus (please refer to the announcement by the Office of General Affairs), the NTU COOL learning platform experienced an unexpected service interruption between 04:00 and 13:00 on December 11, 2025. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to course operations, especially during this critical period leading up to final exams. Because the power outage occurred suddenly, it caused anomalies in our systems and hardware due to the abrupt power cut. The restoration process was more complex than anticipated, which extended the time required to bring services back online. We sincerely ask for your understanding. Regarding the impact of this service interruption on courses, we offer the following explanations and assistance: To Instructors: If the platform outage has affected assignment submissions or exam schedules, we kindly ask for your flexibility in adjusting deadlines and regulations in light of this unexpected situation. To Students: If you missed an assignment deadline or were otherwise affected due to the NTU COOL outage, and require our team to provide system logs or an explanation to your instructor, please do not hesitate to contact us at ntucool@ntu.edu.tw. We will do our utmost to assist you. Following this incident, our team has reviewed our risk management and system recovery plans. We will reflect deeply on our shortcomings and plan relevant drills to strengthen our emergency response capabilities. Furthermore, we will establish a tighter communication mechanism with the Office of General Affairs and other relevant units to ensure that, should similar incidents occur in the future, information can be conveyed more immediately and response plans activated promptly.
