Management of student enrollment and Curriculum Committee affairs; processing of official documents and proofreading of outgoing official documents; supervision of services pertaining to general courses for graduate programs, expansion of academic programs, and uses of auditoriums and lecture halls in the College of Medicine
Course and final examination scheduling, faculty member teaching hours survey and report, classroom allocation for make-up and rescheduled courses, and classroom rental.
File processing, handout photocopy and management, purchase of office supplies, expenditure verification and write-off, Introduction to Graduate General Courses brochure printing and distribution, and assistance in registration for government examinations for graduates.
